This class discusses the responsibilities of ladder company personnel on the fireground.

The topics covered are: Search and Rescue, Thermal Imaging, Forcible Entry, Ventilation, Ground Ladders, Salvage, Overhaul and Support Operations, Tool Assignments and Riding Positions, Aerial Placement and Operations, and Building Construction.

The conclusion of the class will include discussion of new tactics and strategies being used by ladder companies and lessons learned.
