FLSA Panel Discussion

For the past few years, the North Carolina State Firemen’s Association has received a large number of calls from members asking questions that deal with FLSA issues.

We continue to have these calls frequently.

This leads us to believe that a workshop addressing these topics is needed.

Questions received deal with issues such as overtime calculation, working part time for the same department you volunteer at, and a broad range of other questions that deal with employment issues.

Our panel of experts will answer questions taken from our audience. A moderator will be present to lead the discussion.

The moderator will serve as a time keeper and dictate the flow of the meeting. We will allow the audience to ask questions of our distinguished panel.

We know this will be an informative and interesting session taking up where we left off at Mid-Winter.

Come and bring your questions and concerns to this timely workshop.

Members of the panel will be announced at a later date, but all with be highly qualified to answer your questions and concerns.
