Parade Registration Request

Complete the following form to register as a participant in the 2011 Parade. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-registered basis.

The parade will take place on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 09:00 hours. Units will be required to start reporting to Staging at 07:30 hours.

For Antique and Modern Apparatus ONLY: please choose ONE of the following:


 Our unit will be returning to service after the parade and will not need a parking space after the parade.

 Our unit would like to park after the parade to participate in a static display and have our personnel attend the Expo. We understand that the Expo closes at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Up to four (4) Expo passes will be provided to each apparatus.

For Honor Guards or Pipe and Drum Corps only:

 Our organization/agency would like to attend the Expo. We understand that the Expo closes at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We will require: Expo passes for our members.

All registrants will be contacted by email with the status of their request. Registration does NOT guarantee a slot in the parade. All participants will be required to check in at the Command Post.
